More than just authentic Italian cuisine, Tony will be recreating his own childhood flavours from generations of traditional methods and ingredients surrounding the regions of Italy, where food, wine and laughter are a way of life.
The specially crafted five-course degustation menu with matching Italian wines will give you the ultimate classic Italian dining experience, recreating centuries-old dishes with a modern twist.
The menu will allow diners to indulge in recipes based on classic favourites from the region of Umbria, Tuscany and of course Tony's own city of origin, Naples.
